Who we are
Teimetra ("we," "us," "our") is a consultancy based in Nairobi, Kenya. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through teimetra.com. If you have questions, contact us at hello@teimetra.com.
Information we collect
We only collect personal information you choose to give us. The one place this site collects it is the enquiry form on our Contact page, which may include your name, email address, phone number, organization, industry, a description of your challenge, and whether you'd like a call, our method one-pager, or our newsletter. We don't require any of this to browse the rest of the site, and fields marked optional are exactly that.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, schedule a diagnostic call if you request one, send materials you ask for, and (only if you tick that box) send occasional updates from Teimetra Insights. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
Enquiry form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which delivers them to our inbox. Formspree may store submissions on servers outside Kenya as part of providing that service; see Formspree's own privacy policy for details of how they handle data on our behalf. This site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers; see Google's privacy policy for how they handle that request. We don't use any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site, and the site itself doesn't set cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain a business record of the engagement, and no longer than that unless we're required to keep it for a legal reason. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see "Your choices" below.
Your choices
You can ask us, at any time, to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from Teimetra Insights using the link in any email we send. Email hello@teimetra.com with your request and we'll act on it promptly. Depending on where you're located, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or Kenya's Data Protection Act; we'll honor those regardless of where you're writing from.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
